Administration Expands Use of Health Reimbursement Arrangements

Employers will be able to offer employees Health Reimbursement Arrangements to pay for premiums and out-of-pocket costs associated with individual market health plans and Medicare private plans, based on a final rule issued by the Trump Administration. MedPAC Reports Continued Stability in the ASC Space

In its annual March Report, MedPAC reports a slight growth in the number of ASCs and finds ASC services remain dominated by for-profits that provide GI and Ophthalmology services.
