This follows a range of proposals from the Trump Administration and a bipartisan proposal by the Senate Finance Committee. The number of Americans lacking health insurance ticked up slightly last year, marking the first annual increase in the uninsured rate in nearly a decade, the US Census Bureau reported last Tuesday.
