CY 2023 Physician Fee Schedule Rule

CY 2023 Final Physician Fee Schedule Rule finalized an unusual amount of new policies across areas including telehealth, dental, audiology, behavioral, and substance abuse. The rule also continues budget neutrality adjustment from 2021 evaluation and management (E&M) reforms with -3% to conversion factor and an additional offset of -1.47% for the finalized new policies.
